Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”) carefully before you use, visit and/or access any part of our website and/or any sub-domain, and/or registering an account on the website or mobile application (referred to as the “Platform”), operated by STOTSENBERG LEISURE PARK & HOTEL CORPORATION, doing business as LENGBEAR777 (hereafter “Licensee”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LENGBEAR777 Platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy , our Privacy Notice , our Cookies Policy , and any other rules applicable to our gaming products (together the “Terms”), and are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms.

2. Player Confirmation

By using our Platform, you confirm and affirm:
The correctness and authenticity of the mandatory information you provided and the valid identification document you submitted.
That you are not among those who are unauthorized to gamble such as:
Public officials, which includes elective and appointive officials and employees, permanent or temporary, whether in the career or noncareer service, whether or not they receive compensation, regardless of amount;

Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age or students of any school, college or university in the Philippines;

Unregistered players;

Spouse, common-law partner, children, parents of officials and persons mentioned in items (a), (b), and (d) above;
Persons included to the National Database of Restricted Persons; and
Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders;
That you were not diagnosed to have Compulsive Gambling Disorder, nor registered as a Self- Excluded Player in accordance with the guidelines set by the PAGCOR.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed.
You are required to register or make an account through our website, before you are given access to our services.
Subject to the existing rules and regulations of PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and other relevant laws and regulations, registration will only be permitted upon the complete provision of all required information, along with the submission of one (1) valid government-issued identification (ID) and a selfie holding the submitted ID.

You are allowed to register only one (1) Online Platform Account.
To confirm your identity and authenticate the provided information and ID, you must participate in a video call and provide a recent photo of yourself holding the ID you submitted upon registration (selfie).
Once you have registered, you shall be responsible for any and all activities on your account. You shall not allow any other person or entity to access or use your account.
You are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process within three (3) days from registration or prior to your first withdrawal, whichever occurs first. The policy of “No complete KYC, no withdrawal” will be strictly enforced.
You acknowledge that your account will be suspended if the KYC process is not completed within the specified period, and will remain suspended until the process is fully completed.
Furthermore, you agree that any funds in your account will be automatically forfeited in favor of the government, if it is determined by the Licensee that you are an ineligible player or you have violated any of the Terms and Conditions.
Licensee may require you to update or submit additional proof of identification at any given moment, thereby ensuring the accuracy and validity of your information.
You understand that your utilization of the Licensee’s services is purely voluntary.
You are responsible for maintaining and ensuring the confidentiality of your account and login credentials and for all activities and transactions that transpire under your account. You shall keep and secure your account credentials properly, including the password, and must not allow any other person or entity to use or have access to them. In case you forget or lose your password, you may request assistance from our Customer Service Team to recover the same, subject to our investigation/verification process. Any transaction done with your username and password is considered to have been made by you.
You agree and understand that you shall solely bear all the risks, including the risk of loss/es that may be experienced by using our services.

4. Use of Platform

Permitted Use:
You may access the Licensee’s Platform using any mobile device or desktop.
Your account can only be used on one (1) device at a time. Multiple log-ins will result in session termination on other devices.
Your account is exclusively for gaming purposes only.
Prohibited Activities: You may not:
Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or user accounts.
Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or tamper our gaming application.
Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to interact with the Platform.
Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.

5. Account Funding/Withdrawal

It is understood that in order to play on our Platform, you are required to have sufficient funds in your account.
You may deposit funds into your online account through several online payment methods authorized by the Licensee and AMLC-compliant channels and accredited by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
You are required to make an initial deposit of at least Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) upon registration in accordance with PAGCOR’s Regulatory Framework.
You fully agree that certain personal information (including specific information about payment method) must be provided to the Licensee for confirmation when using its services. In this regard, the Licensee ensures that it will comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), and other relevant issuances with respect to the confidentiality of the player’s financial information and personal data.
Winnings will be subject to a final tax to be withheld by the Licensee, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
Licensee does not guarantee real time posting of deposits or withdrawals as the same is subject to separate processing policies, procedures and turn-around-time of our partner financial institutions.
The processing time for online banking withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days.
Fund sharing or “pasaload” between players shall be strictly prohibited.
PAGCOR shall not be liable for any costs that may be incurred in processing player’s funding and withdrawal requests.

6. Game Selection

Players can select games from the LENGBEAR777 Platform, and join available games with minimum and maximum bets.
Should a player be disconnected from the LENGBEAR777 Platform after successfully placing his/her bet, the same shall be considered as a valid bet and the game will continue despite disconnection. Crediting to and debiting from the player’s account shall be in accordance with the results of the game.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

LENGBEAR777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, if it is believed that you have violated these Terms, PAGCOR regulations, AMLA requirements, or any applicable laws, rules and regulations. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited in favor of the government, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
You shall hold LENGBEAR777 free and harmless against any and all consequences of such suspension, termination or restriction, or any loss or damage which you may suffer as a result thereof.
Your account may be suspended or terminated in any of the following case(s):
You have violated any of the provisions of the Terms of Use, such as but not limited to completing Licensee’s “Know Your Customer” procedure;
You are a person banned from gaming as per the National Database for Restricted Persons (NDRP);
You are found to be using multiple or alternate accounts;
You have been abusing our promotional guidelines;
You are below twenty-one (21) years old and/or is among banned personalities;
You are found to have or are using bot software;
You are not using your account for gameplay and/or your account has been used for transactions that are suspicious, subject to further investigation based on the exclusive and absolute discretion of the Licensee; and
You deposit, withdraw and/or transfer to and from a payment/banking channel other than your registered payment/bank account, subject to further investigation by Licensee.
If your account is terminated due to any violation, including winnings-related violation, the player’s remaining balance, the last bet amount at the time preceding the winnings, and the winnings, if any, shall be forfeited in favor of the Government.

8. Self/Voluntary Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our Customer Support Team. In case you terminate your account, the remaining balance in your account shall be returned to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

You acknowledge and agree that the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that Licensee shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by you due to your fault or negligence, or of third parties. Licensee shall not be liable if the latter is unable to complete any funding instructions initiated by you for any reason or cause beyond the control of Licensee, including but not limited to:
Insufficiency of your funds;
Incomplete KYC;
Withdrawal exceeding the transactional limit set for your account;
System maintenance or system downtime of third-party/ies, such as GCash, Maya, etc.; and
Unforeseeable events such as but not limited to fire, flood, system breakdown, technical bugs, and the like, or events, though foreseen, may have prevented Licensee the proper implementation of the funding transaction, despite the precautions undertaken by the Licensee.

11. PAGCOR Compliance

We are fully licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). As a licensed operator, we are committed to complying with all PAGCOR regulations and requirements.
We comply with all reporting obligations mandated by PAGCOR, including the submission of regular reports on gaming activities, financial transactions, and any suspicious activities.
You agree to cooperate with LENGBEAR777, in the event of a PAGCOR investigation or inquiry related to your activities on the Platform.

12. AMLA Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that LENGBEAR777, is committed to complying with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. Our AML Policy includes measures to prevent and detect money laundering and terrorist financing activities.
As part of our AML compliance, we implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. This includes verifying your identity and collecting relevant documentation, such as but not limited to, valid government-issued IDs and proof of address.
We monitor transactions on the Platform to detect and report any covered transaction and/or suspicious activity that may indicate money laundering or terrorist financing. This includes unusual transaction patterns, large or irregular deposits/withdrawals, and any other activity that raises red flags.
We are required by law to report any covered and/or suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities. This includes transactions that exceed the thresholds set by AMLA or any activity that is deemed suspicious under our AML policies.
You agree to cooperate with LENGBEAR777, law enforcement agencies, and relevant authorities in the event of an AML investigation or inquiry related to your activities on the Platform.
You acknowledge that non-compliance with AML laws and regulations may result in legal penalties and could lead to the suspension, termination, or restriction of your account on the Platform.

13. Responsible Gaming

You may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. During the self exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or participate in any gaming activities on the Platform.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help from professional organizations or contact our customer support team for assistance.

14. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect and process your personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio, is the property of LENGBEAR777 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform, without LENGBEAR777’ express written consent.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

I agree and commit to abide by the existing laws, PAGCOR issuances, rules and regulations in relation to my usage of the services of Licensee;
I have fully read and understood the Licensee’s Privacy Policy , Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy , and I freely and voluntarily give my consent and permission for the collection, use and processing of my personal information. I have been fully apprised that withdrawal of this consent will result in the deactivation of my account;
I hereby agree and commit to complete the Licensee’s “Know Your Customer” requirements before my first cash out/withdrawal, or within three (3) days from my registration, whichever comes earlier;
I acknowledge that by using third-party payment processors and/or financial institutions, such as GCash, maya, etc., when I do transactions through Licensee’s Platform, I agree and allow Licensee to use all information I have provided in the course of using the Licensee’s services;
I am fully aware that deposits, withdrawals and/or transfers from and to a payment/banking channel other than my registered account may be a ground for the suspension, termination of my account, subject to further investigation by Licensee.

19. Idle Time Policy

Players are advised that if there is an Idle Time, defined as three (3) consecutive minutes of inactivity or no movement in the device, Licensee reserves the right to automatically redirect the player back to the lobby.
This Idle Time policy is implemented to ensure the security, fairness, and optimal user experience within our platform. Players are encouraged to remain vigilant to prevent unintended redirections on their activity status.
